This light fumet blanc is made with the finest Japanese fish powder, white wine, and vegetable and herb extracts of a typical bouquet garni.
Paste Bouillons
Our paste bouillons provide a further convenience while maintaining all the quality, flavour and yield that you expect from Esslinger Foods. Paste bouillons can be used stand-alone, or added to existing recipes to boost their flavour profile. Our lobster paste bouillon is made from pure New Brunswick lobster extract and has no added salt.
