We go to all lengths in order to guarantee that these products are gluten-free according the following procedures:

  1. All production and packaging equipment and utensils are properly cleaned prior to the start of production.
  2. Additional supervision is put in place, and written tracking of all individuals who handle each batch of product is kept on file.
  3. Ingredient selection and content evaluation ensures that all gluten-free recipes are only made with ingredients that meet the criteria for gluten-free claims.
  4. Only unopened bags of raw materials are used for each gluten-free production.
  5. Production scheduling is done in such a way as to minimize the risk of cross-contamination.
